Colema Board

A colema board is something between a enema and a colonic.
The main difference is in the amount of water. A enema uses up to 2 liters,
a colema up to 20 litres and a Colonic up to 80 litres. Because the Colema
is a open system it can be quiet smelly and a bit unpleasant to clean if you
are very sensitive. Even so it is easy to hose the Colema down under the
shower and put it out in the sun to dry.
Prices range from US$200 - US$300

The accessories needed using the Colema Board are:
20 litre bucket, the Colema Board kit (incl.: board, tubing
assembly, and tip), and a chair.
The Colema Board lays on the toilet seat and the chair. The
5-gal bucket is filled with distilled or purified water and is placed on the
bathroom counter above the toilet seat. Water flows from the bucket to the
board by starting a siphoning process. Water then flows through the tubing
into the back of the board and into the tip. The tip is inserted into the
rectum prior to water flow. Water enters and fills the colon and is expelled
along with waste material through the colon's natural peristaltic motion.
